Boards of Directors

	President of the Board Sylvain St-Cyr, M. Sc. LAURENTIAN BANK Sylvain holds a baccalaureate and graduated in Political Science both from Sherbrook University and Université de Montréal. He started his career working for the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in Moscow. He worked later for the Canadian Ministry of Industry in the department of environment. He concentrated his efforts on helping companies which are already active in the international markets for about 15 years. During all these years, his expertise was focused on the industries of environment, construction and transport. This specialization, gained in working among government agencies, led him to found EXPORT Environnement in 2006. Since five years, he also works in the banking sector within the Laurentian Bank as a Manager of Business Development for International Services.
	Secretary Dominic Vienot ERAI CANADA Dominic has worked during five years for european companies and organizations. In 1998, he settled in Québec. For 13 years he has led a business network whose goal is to encourage the trade and partnerships in the technological and industrial fields, especialy between France and Canada. He works for the sake of ERAI Canada to assist SMEs both from Rhône-Alpes (second industrial region in France) and from Canada in developping their potential for trade and export. Since 2009, these trade services has been opened to the 24 countries covered by the network of commercial offices «ERAI». Dominic is more particularly in charge of the«clean technologies» sector of ERAI Canada.
	Treasurer (by interim) Linda Lavoie FATTON CANADA Linda started her career in international transport 25 years ago. Over the years, she gained experience up until she became manager within the company Transport Fatton Canada. She runs the processing and follows-up all export and import operations concerning air and shipping. She is also in charge of the services and relations concerning clients and the administration.
	Director Jocelyn Douhéret DBO EXPERT INC. Jocelyn began his career as a scientific attaché for the French Embassy in Slovakia. He then participated to many interntional projects for the sake of the company «Pluralité de Ste-Foy». Since 2001, Jocelyn’s main professional domain is the environment (wastewater, taking advantage of biomass). He started as a manager of the company Agrior, then of Envirogain. Since 2006, M. Douhéret assists Terratube and DBO Expert to expand and grow.
